Return Policy and Process

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the delivery date of your item(s) to request a return. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in resellable condition.
 

Return and Refund Process

To begin the refund process, please email us at jovieandco@gmail.com. In the email to us, state that you are requesting a refund and please include the reason for the return. Once we receive your email, we will then email you a return label. 

For approved refunds, we are offering in-store credit (this will be sent to the customer as an e-gift card). Once we receive your return, e-gift cards for in-store credit will be immediately emailed to the customer upon inspection and approval of the return. While we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receiving your item(s), the cost of shipping ($2.99) will be deducted out of the in-store credit refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on flash sales.
